Also some other things:
- Improved confidence, productivity, learning & stop wasting so much time doing rubbish things
- Get up earlier in the morning - aiming for 6.00am
- Become more sociable - going to be a tough one that
- Get down to under 12 stone and run 15 miles a week
So nothing earth-shattering but we'll have to see if there is anything I can cross off, as and when I do then I will update the blog as a record of my achievement!
